TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms & Conditions are as below:

The contest referred to as ‘Live the Life of Femina Miss India’

Contest Participation date-16^th Jan-10^th Feb 2023.

The female candidate with an age between 18-30 years can participate.

To participate in this contest https://www.reliancetrendsfmi.com/ and share your details along with your static photo or video

For participation in the contest, shopping is not mandatory.

The Trends contest (“Live the Life of Femina Miss India”) is independent of Femina Miss India 2023 and will have no bearing in selection of the participants of Femina Miss India 2023 (“Pageant”).

The winners for the contest will be selected by Trends basis pre-decided criteria and Bennett Coleman and Co Ltd (Times Group) will not be a part of the selection or gratification process. The decision of Trends will be final and binding.

This activity is independent of Bennett Coleman and Co Ltd (Times Group) and Bennett Coleman and Co Ltd (Times Group) is not liable for any payment/replacement or gratification on behalf of Trends.

The gratification of the winner is solely on Trends management discretion. The gratification cannot be changed or exchange or replaced.

Participation Consent-

I do hereby state that I am in the age group of 18 years to 30 years

I do hereby state that I am willingly giving my consent to participate in Trends Live the life of Miss India Contest

I do here by state that if I get shortlisted, my photographs shall be published in Trends Social Media Handles or any other medium directly related with Trends.

I confirm that I will have no claim of any nature as professional charge, compensation or otherwise in manner or for any reason whatsoever for such use and utilization of photographs only for Trends Live the Life of Miss India Contest

I also understand and hereby agree that further participation and final selection at any stage of the contest is on sole discretion of the organiser of the event

I have understood all the terms and conditions of the contest and I agree to bind myself by the same

All decision of the judges will be final and binding

If I am selected as Winner, I will submit a Government authenticated Address and Age proof while appealing for the gift

I do hereby declare that I am competent to enter this agreement and the above information is true to the best of my knowledge
