What are the store timings?

The store timings vary by location. You can find the store timings for your nearest store on our website under the "Store Locator" section.  The most common timings are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM across all locations.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions in-store?

Yes, we often have discounts and promotions in-store. You can check the offers section on the website or while visiting stores, contact the store staff for latest deals.

Can I return or exchange a product purchased in-store?

Yes, we have a hassle-free returns and exchange policy across all our stores. You can return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept in-store?

We accept a variety of payment methods in most of the stores, including cash, credit cards, debit cards and UPI. There might be slight variations in this, depending on the store location.

Do you offer alterations or customization services?

Yes, we offer alteration services for selected products. You can check with the store staff for more information. We currently do not offer customization services.

What is your loyalty program?
